Abu Dhabi, UAE – 25 September 2025: Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi 2026 participated in the second edition of the Social Care Forum 2025, organised by the Department of Community Development and held under the theme “Future-Ready Social Care: People, Practice, and Policy”.
The participation of the Games’ highlights its commitment to community initiatives that promote health, wellbeing and social cohesion. By engaging with the forum, Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi 2026 aimed to create positive environments that encourage healthy habits, strengthen belonging, and foster collective participation.

At the forum, Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi set up a dedicated platform for visitors to register for the 2026 event. Members of the team also showcased presentations introducing the various sports and events that will be featured, alongside interactive sessions designed to encourage all segments of UAE society to adopt healthy lifestyles and participate collectively in sporting activities.
The Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi 2026 will be the largest international multi-sport event ever hosted in the Middle East. Taking place from 6 to 15 February 2026 in Abu Dhabi, it will welcome more than 25,000 athletes competing across more than 30 different sports, including six heritage sports that reflect the UAE’s national identity and cultural legacy.
Participation in the Open Masters Games Abu Dhabi 2026 is open to all individuals aged 30 and above, with no restriction on experience or sporting level, embracing the philosophy of “lifelong sports” and “sports for all.”
